On May 23rd, Jeroen Ketting participated as an expert in the “Business in Big Politics” session of Stolypin forum in Moscow. The aim of the Forum is to support realistic and responsible business in face of global political challenges. During the forum, over 200 experts and 3 500 entrepreneurs and professionals from 19 countries have exchanged their ideas and insights about future economic development and the most effective ways of dealing with the challenges.
The main questions raised concerned how global politics influences Russian business and what Russian business can influence global political trends.
Jeroen used his speaking slot to highlight once more the challenges that SMEs face inside Russia and he proposed to first occupy ourselves with bringing our own house in order before thinking on how we can influence our neighbors.
