Increase strategic perspective and focus

The strategy workshop is for management teams that want to define, adapt, update and improve their strategy. It uncovers, defines and uses the collective expertise, business knowledge, ideas and experience of the management team. We start with identifying challenges and goals, which is followed by developing solutions and ideas. We then prioritize these solutions and ideas, and after that, they are organized into a logical framework.

Ketting’s strategy method is facilitating top-management teams to:

  1. Identify and prioritize their problems and challenges.
  2. Reformulate all negative situations into positive situations that are desirable and realistically achievable.
  3. Create a logical framework model that outlines Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, Activities, Results and Resources.
  4. Check the means-ends relationships to ensure validity and completeness of the hierarchy.

If necessary, there is room to revise statements, adjust, delete and add new objectives if these are necessary to achieve the objective at the next higher level.
